Returns & Refunds

Due to hygiene reasons, used or opened solid perfumes cannot be returned or refunded.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Eligibility

To request a replacement or refund, please provide:
Your order number
Clear photos of the product and package
A brief description of the issue

Refund Process

Once your request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or UPI after verification.
